Arena House

The Arena House is a novel landed residential development designed for the affable resident where entertainment of guests in a typical terrace house takes on a whole new level of experience. Inspired by the sports arena typology, the layout of the house is designed to create a flexible living room that can transform into a quasi arena space with a sixteenfold increase in seating capacity for hosting huge gatherings. Complemented with a large format projection screen, the living room provides a unique setting for an immersive movie or sports screening experience.
